Location data: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
Work activity data: Retained as per your employer's data policy
Account data: Retained while you are an active employee

7. Background Location Access
Our mobile apps use background location access to:
Continue tracking during active work sessions when the app is minimized
Ensure accurate visit logging even if you switch to other apps
Background tracking is only active between "Start Day" and "End Day". You will see a persistent notification whenever background tracking is active.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
